Jacqueline Markowski’s work has appeared in San Pedro River Review, Bird’s Thumb, The Doctor TJ Eckleburg Review, Rust+Moth, Red Paint Hill Quarterly, S/tick, Emerge Literary Journal, The Knicknackery, Up the Staircase Quarterly, Barely South Review and Turtle Island Quarterly. Nominated twice for the Pushcart prize, she won first place at The Sandhills Writer’s Conference, was a semi-finalist for the 2014 Auburn Witness Poetry Prize and a finalist for Sundog Lit’s 2015 contest series. She is currently working on a collection of poetry.
